This is a series of tutorials for making textures using freeware programs and Paint Shop Pro. I have a lot of freeware graphics programs on my computer, and just love finding new ones to play with. I thought it'd be fun to write tutorials for the ones I have and share those with you. As I complete the tutorials, you'll find all the link on this page.
The tutorials on this page are done for PSP versions X, 9, and 7.04.
